Please feel free to ask any of our Executive Members if you are unsure of what the requirements are.

The procedure is as follows:

1. Each team/club has forwarded to Netball Horowhenua their team registration. This is OUR record of who plays and who doesn’t.
2. You are required to complete your team registration (Christian and surname) on the back of the scorecard prior to the commencement of your game.
3. You cannot play a player whose name is not on the card prior to the start of the game. If this happens that player may be removed.
4. Netball Horowhenua will check the cards against the original Team Registration after each days play.
5. If a name appears on the back of the card that is not on the original registration, we will assume you are playing a player from a lower team in your club/school, or an unregistered player.
6. You may register up to 12 players in any one team. Players may be added to your team registration at any time during the season at no extra cost. If you have 12 players on your registration form you may substitute one player for an incoming player. However once a player is removed from your team registration they may not be reinstated, unless under exceptional circumstances and with the approval of the Executive Committee.
7. Registration is YOUR responsibility. Any incorrect registration will result in points gained being awarded to the opposition.
