The 2008 Molly Dorne Tournament was held on the weekend. We had 32 teams from all over the Lower North Island.

The rain cleared early & the sun came out for a very competitve tournament.

Due to demand we are holding another free umpiring session on Tuesday July 29th 7pm - 8.30pm at the Donnelly Park Pavillion.

This is a great informal course to learn more about what is required of an umpire, how to make calls, get a bit more confidence to umpire and discuss rules etc.

Ideally beginners to college level umpiring, however it is a good brush up for any level umpire. We have people who come along each time! You will receive a rule book and whistle.
